'Could be difficult' for Emmanuel Sanders to play Week 10

Emmanuel Sanders was at the Broncos' walkthrough on Saturday after missing practice all week. Still, sources told NFL.com that it "could be difficult" for Sanders to play Week 10. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanders is dealing with an ankle injury, and it seems like he'll at least be limited, if not inactive, for Week 10. If he does miss the game, Demaryius Thomas figures to see even more targets than usual.
