Eovaldi has a 4.26 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and 77:20 K:BB across 80.1 innings over 13 starts this season and has allowed at least four earned runs in each of his last three outings. Four scoreless innings Tuesday against Kansas City gave way to a Jac Caglianone solo homer in the fifth, and the sixth inning produced two doubles and a triple before Eovaldi was pulled with two outs and charged with three more runs.
