Tommy Pham signs minor-league deal with White Sox

The White Sox and FA Tommy Pham have agreed to a minor-league deal worth $3M. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The deal includes an extra $1.5M in incentives and has a clause that requires him to be added to the active roster by April 25. If he is not added he can request his release and he would receive $500K if traded. Fantasy managers can expect Pham to have a quick ramp up period with the White Sox having to make a decision by April 25.
