Fantasy Impact:
Tovar was unimpressive during his rookie season batting .253 with 15 homers and 11 steals in 153 games. The 22-year-old has plenty of time to improve but needs to take a step forward with his plate discipline and contact skills to take advantage of playing in Coors Field.
