Ouch. This is not the news fantasy managers wanted to hear just weeks before Opening Day. Cole is coming off his first Cy Young award last year and back-to-back years of 200+ innings pitched. He's been the most consistent pitcher in fantasy over the past five seasons, and fantasy managers will be holding their breath waiting for the results.
