Scott Effross likely to be activated Thursday

Fantasy Impact:
Effross has been out of action since mid-August with a right shoulder strain. The reliever has a 2.75 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, and a .221 BAA in 55 games this season. The Yankees will likely make sure to limit his usage heading into the playoffs.
