“J.P. is a very underrated catcher coming into 2013 thanks to an injury that knocked him out of baseball for 2.5 months. J.P. has huge pop and is an easy candidate to hit 25+ HRs. His batting average does come with some downside, but already he is showing improvement as a player that can easily reach .250 any season now.”
“All Contact and No Power makes Nick a very overrated Fantasy Player. Nick was actually on pace to hit 20 HRs in 2012, first time since 2008. Markakis is best known for hitting doubles and being a 2nd half MVP. Nick could have put up a huge season if he would of stayed healthy. Still 20/100 is the best it will get these days for him.”
“ton of power but BA suffers”
“keep waiting for Markakis to take a step forward, but at this point it does not seem likely”
