“Garcia is looking great this Spring and should be a fantasy option in 2013. His ERA will always remain solid, but his K rate will leave you short. Still as a Cardinal he could win 15+ Games easily. Do not be afraid to take Jaime if you need some cheap wins at a good ERA price.”
