“Ian went from 21 game winner, to a pitcher with an ERA above 4.00. His K range still kept him near 200, which makes him very dangerous. Usually pitchers who have a random bad year bounce back, Ian Kennedy is easily one of those pitchers. Snag him as a great sleeper.”
“Napoli is not near 100% with a hip injury. Despite being able to hit 24 HRs in a terrible year last season with Texas, and clubbing out 30 HRs in less than 120 games last season. Mike Nap comes into Boston as one of the preimere bats. Health is a huge concern this Spring with the hip, he may not even start the season. Will still need to be the Red Sox man, but keep in mind it is a long season and you always want to come in 100% healthy.”
“There's potential for great value here. A 4th round pick just last season, Napoli moves to Boston, where he'll spend plenty of time at 1B. ”
“if he proves to be healthy in spring training then he could move into a second tier option”
