“Hosmer hit the Sophomore wall harder than any player in baseball could in 2012. Eric has 30/100 potential with 20 SBs, but last season was such a huge step backwards with 16 HR and a batting average under .240, that nobody wants to touch him high. Do yourself a favor and wait on Hoz who could be a stud, but then again this 1B position is deeper than any in fantasy baseball.”
“Melky was caught for PED's in 2012, and now finds himself on the best Fantasy situation of his career. The Blue Jays are going to score a lot of runs, and that 20 HR/20 SB potential while hitting over .300 could lead to a big season. I do not expect a decline as once the Steroids go through your system, it's not like you're going to lose it unless you stop maintaining it. Melky will keep going.”
