“Lawrie's first three months of production: .292 with 8 HR, 48 R, 33 RBI, and 11 SB So, you can see he was on pace to at least come close to meeting his lofty 2012 expectations. If Lawrie can stay healthy in 2013 he should become the star many think he is/will be.”
“Should be solid, if not spectacular, across the board (.280/20/80/90/20)”
“Decent avg, double digit HR and SB, adn with the new lineup, Lawrie should get close to 90 R and RBI.”
“Barring an injury, which is certainly possible the way he throws his body around the field, he should see significant bumps in homers and R.B.I. in his second full season. ”
“Lawrie was a disappointment in 2012. Everyone expected 20/20, he was 11/11. The Speed potential is there, the power potential is there. With Jose Reyes now batting lead-off, Lawrie can find a constant spot in the batting order. Which should let him get his feet more grounded and that 20/20 season can arrive.”
“Tommy is at a 5 finger discount with his rough Spring and still possibly not 100%. This is a long season and he will eventually be healthy, and when that time comes he could be a Top 20 Pitcher. The K's will be there, the ERA will remain solid, and the Wins could reach 14+. Do not sleep on Hanson because of a bad injured 2012.”
