“Despite hitting 32 HRs and 108 RBIs for the pathetic Cubs in 2012. They want to get rid of Alfonso at all costs nesscary. The Cubs are building for the future, and Soriano is a bat that teams will give up great prospects for. It makes sense, just know that there will be trade winds blowing around his ear all season. Eventually he will get traded, and eventually he will still be a 30 HR player no matter the situation. Lights/Camera/Action.”
“Seager was one of the bright spots for the Mariners last season as he was able to mash out a 20 HR/14 SB season. Kyle is a very similar player to Ben Zobrist but goes at half the price, which makes him an excellent target on draft day.”
“a young Uggla in a less attractive line up, could be a 20/20 provider as he hit 20 HR and stole 13 bases in 594 AB last season”
“Seager lit up the minor leagues with some crazy, BABIP-fueled AVGs and flashes of power. Last season he hit 20 HR. Tough to say if he can pick up where he left off, but he's a great MI or Bench option.”
“Good value late in the draft. Expect similar production to his 2012 breakout season with an improved batting average. ”
